The oil content of groundnut is 45%, which belongs to high oil content seeds. Groundnut oil extraction process is different from low oil content seeds process, like soybean, cotton seeds. The main extraction process of groundnut oil is as follows:

This is standard groundnut oil extraction process. If your capacity is small, then you can remove solvent extraction section. But the final cake oil residuel is higher than the standard process (less than 1%).
